That is surely a in game screenshot. MMD doesn't have any renders/shaders this good.
Maybe it's photoshopped...? ^^;
If it's really there in the game I wanna know now.

It's from IDOLM@STER 2, she can only sing Precog and Shiny Smile though, it's from DLC.

Hmm... It's 5:30 here, so I won't get further into researching it - I should finally go to sleep...

Anyway, it's possible that it comes from some sort of debug mode (however, it doesn't look like it's aligned to the light - rather like it's aligned to the scene itself as a whole). If it's real of course...
