quite pissed/depressed
I was looking forward to finally dive in the local lakes here. I bought a bunch of new equipment in the past few weeks (regulator, BCD, half-dry-suit, gloves, diving computer), some for general use, some just for the lakes here. My brother and i rented a pair of bottles with air for Saturday and were ready to go. And on Saturday morning my brother woke up with a cold. Argh! You can forget diving with a cold since ear clearing/pressure equalisation (don't know the correct english term) won't work. Of course it isn't my brothers fault, the cold is currently going around here, 75% of my office got struck by it and i was out for a few days as well 2 weeks ago. But it hit him with the worst possible timing.
And then i also wanted to go watch my very first pro football (soccer) match, it's even the match between the to teams which are currently first and second. Well, that also went south due to that cold. *sigh*
