I...didn't see this coming. Though,I have a DS and would love to get the game...I speak no Japanese,so I guess I wouldn't understand it. Still,I'd get it  ;D

I guess namco is trying to get all kinds of fans in on this.

Two reasons:

1.) It'll be easier to sell an all-boys IM@S game if one of the characters was established beforehand; i.e. a "Boy's Side" IM@S game would probably involve Ryo post-girl Idol trying to become more of a male idol (Advice, Ryo: apply for a role in a Kamen Rider or Power Rangers-type show. A lot of young male idols get discovered that way)

2.) Futanari have fans too. :p

This sorta helps my theory on why there is a boy on this first-person perspective game.

Oh, and you mean super sentai, right?

- Yep, but it's not like most people on this thread would understand what I meant.

And seriously, given how many bishounen-type real-life male idols play Kamen Rider roles, it's not really much of a stretch.

Hooray! We finally have a male idol in Idolmaster! XD

Ryo's definitely my favorite newcomer. I can't wait to see the crazy and wacky stuff that may happen in his story mode. XD
