Not sure if anybody else has brought it up in the 32 pages leading up to here(I tend to lose focus when reading for really really large periods of time) but I noticed that Ryo's bust is bigger than Chihaya's...

Ryo's bust in the game is from his "image" as a female idol. I'm pretty sure that's the size of his pads.
I bet Chihaya would want it too.

Also remember that the "bust" measurement is just the measure around the chest area- wider shoulders, more muscle mass, etc., can affect it greatly. It's really not just the size of breasts.
