When you first meet Yumeko during the Ryo's playthrough, she tends to be a real bitch to you, telling you bogus rendevous locations as well as giving you Bento's with laxatives (or some other stomache upsetting drug)
The comic is playing that obviously Ryo isn't falling for another trick, however it looks like the jokes on him anyway!
