Anyone notice that he's being increadibly shy about it. I know that he's trying to act as a girl but then again this is the same guy that was asked out by the other guys in his school.

They did, but the art doesn't match up with any of them.
Plus, it's on Pixiv, and Laburey also linked to the artist's page.

Well, going by just the amount of art on Pixiv, I'd say that Ryo with Eri is probably the least popular of his pairings.
Most popular is with Ritsuko, then Makoto, then random guys (mostly adult images), Boy and Girl Ryo, Ai, and finally Eri.

But that's just what I noticed.
