Ah, thanks for the comic. I got it. Chihaya didn't. Rather, she got it wrong. It's because she's too concerned about her own chest.
Somehow it reminds me of Mako-chan from Minami-ke. Haruka could catch him numerous times but didn't figure it out, after all.
