Not only do I love the artwork, but this card's saved me quite a few times due to it's high attack for a lv.4
That being said, I run a wind deck focused on taking control of my opponent's monsters to use for synchro summoning. It's effective when I get the necessary cards and if I don't, getting Stardust and Black Rose Dragon out in 2 turns is a decent back up plan.

I know that specific picture is art, but I do have a box of these coming. I'll be getting the second box too which I like much better because oh god i want that thief king bakura like burning
