Someone made a Wikipedia page about it already.

Well, you can't say that to most of the people in Northern Japan, specially the Iwate Prefecture, but everywhere else seems to be suffering from earthquakes only.

Where do they live? There are only a few places where the tsunami would hit in the Philippines, or so the local news say. Then again, we're all praying nowhere else gets hit.

Tsunami's expected to hit San Fran in about 30 minutes. They say it shouldn't be to bad but lines to the gas station are already crazy. Anywho let me know if there is any relief work we can do to help. I'm ready to ship out if theirs organization willing to take me. I'm headed of to my school to hear more news good luck to everyone else. I pray for every forum member.

I heard about it on the news this morning. It's pretty depressing to see what has happened there. I really hope the people there are alright.  :(

Someone messaged me last night about it, and we were worried for our Japanese TA last semester who just went back to Japan this week >:  Lots of stuff on twitter going around to, stay strong Japan, our prayers are with you.

(And thanks for the stream Steve, it's really useful and informative.)

Tragic...
Well... that's really not funny (you know... there's always "someone" to make joke about that stuff).
Anyway... I hope the people be OK.

とりあえず寄金と人探しリンクをアップします (こっちのみんなは多分日本にいないけど)。自分がYahooの寄金サイトは信頼できるかどうか判断できないけど、Yahooだから大丈夫かも。

And for those of you elsewhere: donation link and person finder. The American Red Cross is trustworthy, I believe.

tons of eyewitness footage being uploaded to Youtube. it seems like a flame war has also ensued between ignorant racist and reasonable people.
