Well, after finding out a few things, this could be interesting.
Some stages got upgraded to support quintets (I unlocked one of them today) and more interestingly, some of the items got reshuffled.
Unfortunately, all stages have to be played to be unlocked. Considering there's been changes galore, I can't just assume there's 34 stages and more to the point (due to the hyper/standard split), I'd have to figure out which ones got upgraded.
As well, there's no way to preview any of the extra characters - I'm going to have to think about how to compile the pictures. At least they can't have accessories stuck on them... yet anyway.
In short, two things - the X360 compendium can't be used as anything more than a rough estimate. Do you guys need a set of extension instructions in the interim? (Essentially, a lot of validation goes out of the window)
The second is going to be painful for me - Rebuilding the compendium from scratch for the PS3 is going to be a lot more difficult than it first seems. Well, we'll have to see if it's worth it, I guess.
On the bright side, the camera controls have improved a significant amount, and surprisingly, I noticed they tweaked a lot of the camera shot types...

I just realised I coiuld kill the subtitles on songs on replay.
We've got the holy grail we've been hoping for since im@s 2 came out. I uh... This could be REALLY fun...
