I'm not going to do the second one for much stricter reasons - If you're going to ask someone to do something for you, have the curtesy of making clear what you actually want. You have the compendium, you can ask for exactly what you want, you know.
And besides, there are videos already (surprisingly) that fill most of your request, if we were going to employ such a scattershot approach. (Yayoi, not Makoto, order scrambled on a different stage.) It's on the youtube channel, and it has in fact been asked for before.

Yes, I'm being deliberately strict, but you can confirm with others that I don't exactly let anyone off with vague requests. If you are going to ask someone to do something for you, you could give enough time to at least make the person giving their time, well, as easy a time as you can give them.
