The requests may be gotten to (Let's put it this way, the videos will take a FULL 24 hours to complete. I'm actually going to ask a lawyer in the US to clarify if I'm permitted under US law to request donations for labour if this keeps up.) when they get gotten to.
As for the jupiter requests, no, I will only fill them for MAD specific work (And for you to qualify for that, you'd have to present to me your plan and proof). I'll upload some as I fill them though, as a freebie though.
The reason? - It requires me to play through the entire game each time to attempt to get the stages requested. We've discovered that the stages can be forced to randomise somewhat (And the cameras adjust depending on the stage a little too) but they're determinalistic depending on a number of factors including how well you perform on the charts, what week you're on when you access the PV and who your lead is.
It's not easy, to say the least, and it is VERY time consuming. (And I haven't determined what stages are considered off limits either, and which camera angles are permamently fixed, but we can say 'Most of them' is accurate.)
Needless to say, it's a lot of work, and is very labour intensive.

Seems pretty complicated...Since you have your own reason, very well then. I won't ask for Jupiter requests until I really need to.
