My apologies. Been sick with a migrane, headache, a failed migration experiment, and an accident (in true im@s Haruka style, on my own equipment, who knew landing on electronics could hurt?) so I've been tied up either in bed with a headache, bleeding on the floor with a headache, or bleeding in bed with a headache.
Anyway, for those who've wanted to see a quintet accident forced...

Have fun. I've also invoked other accidents, but you probably notice that the activation rate isn't 100% - You can make it more likely, but there's no 100% rate. It also means you have to keep trying too, and trying to pick thhe front person takes, uh, actual practice.
I was trying for a three person accident, which is difficult, although you CAN manage it in a quintet (In another, I've managed a 2 person in a 5 person group)
It's mostly the silly stuff really, but hey, there's a Haruka induced accident right there. Maybe that's what caused MY accident...
... Anyone really all that surprised?
