Okay, because I forgot to change one setting - this clip is different from all my other clips in that it has motion-blur enabled. This can be good or bad depending on your perspective - the animation is smoother in 30fps (the game itself is 60fps, and this means that everything you see on YouTube doesn't even come close to how impressive it looks in the actual game).... but when the camera is more zoomed out and moves around, the background gets blurry (ghosting).
Lemme know if you like it with or without the motion blur.

It's tricky - I've managed to get it to invoke - although I tend to be aiming for accidents, which MAY be the reason why it works for me.
I've managed to (from time to time, I'm betting there's a base % only and have to attempt twice) invoke quintet accidents every performance, althhough exactly WHEN is a bit tricky. I'll have to work on it again to get something more stable.
I do know that mashing X (you need to enable accidents allowed in options for S4U) will more likely trigger an accident than not.
