Hmm... For all I know, the Cappella ending hasn't surfaced. I have a video of it myself, but the trio I used was Hibiki, Chihaya, and Makoto. The only reason I'm a bit hesitant to post it is because NBGI seems to be on this rampaging video deletion of any sort of cutscenes/gameplay on nicovideo... If they were to come to youtube, then we'll be forced to take it down too.
