It won't count for the simple reason that READY!! requests get people in trouble. The banned from YouTube sort, because it was commissioned by Sony Columbia for the purposes of the anime (or at least, that's the party that's laid claim to it, and they asked for a full court press, which Google has granted, and oddly enough, NBGI has chosen not to contest)
If you're bored enough (Or not attached enough to a YouTube account), I can provide an original file for you to attempt to upload yourself. If it gets through, congratulations, basically. If not, well, it's how it is.

I asked him, and he said he'd be fine with either CHANGE!!!! or Jibun REST@RT in lieu of READY!!, if the song would cause trouble.

Pick one or submit both, but they will be considered AFTER this batch is sent. I don't give people a catalog so people can just stare at the menu and go 'uh...' for half an hour. :P
