Excuse me while I start swearing a little. It seems that the component splitter that I use has decided to start producing ghosting issues.
I suppose it's about time, but it does make it difficult to replace at 2am in the morning, and it doesn't change the fact the piece of equipment is going to cost a fair penny to replace. (Well, 70 AU to be precise, assuming that I don't end up playing whackamole with devices. It's very difficult to find equipment that does their advertised thing properly.)
It won't mean recording will stop entirely, but it will slow down significantly since I have to treat everything carefully. It's the cost of trying to maintain a high quality recording outfit.
