It can be cold and sunny. There also by water, which means it probably twice as cold there.But, logic in a video game is useless~

Awwww *pats* Not all the hot guys are gay. I'm sure that scene was intended to be to guys having a guy-to-guy chat.
Of course, I'll always read into that scene the wrong way (at least until a translation is out) becuase I'm too am a yaoi-tard. V_V;;

Touma:
"That would actually be my line.
Aren't you supposed to be going to Hollywood?"
P:
"Ah, ahah. Actually right now I'm supposed to be heading to the airport along with the members of RK."
P:
"But the car we were riding in, the engine stalled. Ahahahaha."
Touma:
"Whaaaat? Are you serious? Then what're you going to do?"
P:
"Well, for now, we have to to somehow push the stalled vehicle all the way to the petrol station…"
P:
"So I was looking for people to help with that, and that's why I called out to you who happened to be near by… it's fine, I'll look for someone else."
Touma:
"… No, I'll give you a hand."
P:
"Eh? It's okay, you really don't have to. After the IA awards weren't you the one who said you'd hate to have to cooperate with rivals?"
Touma:
"If I don't give you a hand, you'd be in deep trouble, right?"
P:
"Well, sure, it'd be a really troublesome situation… but it'll be alright if I can find somebody else to lend a hand!"
Touma:
"Except for the two of us here, this place's like a ghost town… so, where's the car?"
P:
"Ah, it's on the opposite side… Thanks, Touma. But… why are are you willing to help us?"
Touma:
"When you see someone in trouble, one's naturally obliged to give him a hand… or something like that. Anyway, you're the one who's helped me."
P:
"Huh, me?"
Touma:
"In the past, I thought the concept of "unity" was just some meaningless tomfoolery. That was, until I lost to you guys."
Touma:
"For the first time ever, I came to realize that there was indeed something Jupiter and myself was lacking in. For that, I have to thank you."
P:
"… So Touma, do you have any plans on continuing your career as an idol?"
Touma:
"I haven't decided. After all, Jupiter has already disbanded. And I've resigned from the agency too (note: the term used here is "office"… in any case Touma is referring to 961Pro)."
P:
"Personally, I think you should continue. You do have talent. If you quit now, it'll all be a huge waste."
P:
"Same goes for the other two (members of Jupiter)."
Touma:
"… If you became Jupiter's producer, then perhaps some things could change for the better."
P:
"Eh? What was it you said again? The crashing waves got a little too loud just a moment ago, so I didn't catch what you said."
Touma:
"(exasperated)… I didn't say anything! So the car, which direction did you say it was?"

Ritsuko walks towards the producer and Touma.
Ritsuko:
"Producer! You've been taking a while, what've you been chatting about… Ah! Amagase Touma!"
Ritsuko:
"Why the heck are you here? …Hah, could it be, that you're here to cause even more problems for Mr. Producer? (Note: I'm not too sure about this latter line)."
The members of RK walks into scene.
Ami:
"A re? AmaTou's here! Ne, ne, why's that?"
Iori:
"Wait a minute, if isn't Touma! Didn't you already retire as an idol?"
Azusa:
"Ara ara, Touma-kun did you get lost too?"
P:
"Hey, you guys! Why did all of you come over here?"
Ritsuko:
"Producer-dono you've been taking your own sweet time so we came to check in on you!"
Ritsuko:
"We've been wondering what in the world's taking you so long. Never did we expect, that you're actually here chatting with Amagase (Touma)!"
P:
"Sorry… I lost track of time while chatting…"
Ami:
"Nii-chan, if you don't leave now you might not be able to make your flight you know?"
Iori:
"We'll do something about the broken car. As for you, just hurry up and get over to the airport right away."
Azusa:
"That's right. I bet the girls in your unit must be waiting to see you off at the airport, Producer-san."
P:
"Yeah, but…"
Ritsuko:
"Mr Producer, it'll be fine, please just leave for the airport. I've already reserved a cab for you."
Ritsuko:
"Besides, Amagase (Touma) will be here too… If we kept you any longer, those girls will definitely hate us for sure."
Ritsuko:
"You're their precious producer, so I'm sure they want sufficient time to properly send you off and bid their farewells."
Ami:
"That's right, Nii-chan. Even though Ami and the rest of us here would love to properly send you off too…"
Iori:
(A bunch of stuff that I don't quite understand… but basically it translates to something like "you're the unit's producer so don't forget your responsibilities". This part's at around 3:47 and starts with "Magarinari ni mo, Unit no Producer nara,")
Azusa:
"Making girls sad, that's something you definitely mustn't do, got it, Producer-san? Ufufu~"
Touma:
"… (I second) What she said. Why don't you get there as soon as possible?"
P:
"… Alright. Sorry about this then, I'll leave the rest to you."
P:
"Ritsuko, Iori, Ami, Azusa-san, and lastly, Touma. Everyone, you have my thanks… and see you again."
*screen fades to white*

Maybe Namco will release a special DLC/Expansion pack that allows you to play as 961 producer and produce Jupiter. /wishful thinking
