Perhaps threat wasn't exactly the best word to describe the situation, but he thinks Yayoi's stage is more fun than Iori's but he doesn't think she can beat him.
The only 2 characters who'd fall for one of Kuroi's lies are Hibiki in SP and Touma, as mentioned by Shouta in w53.

FINALLY it's clear why Kuroi hates president Takagi...lol...Touma was the only one who believed Kuroi's lies about 765 being a "cheating agency"...Hokuto and Shouta knew that Takagi got the girl Kuroi liked and that Takagi won in everything.
In Takane's story, I noticed a few things.
1. Kuroi actually admired or even like Takane when she was in 961Pro and still likes her even now.
2. Touma actually believed everything Kuroi says. That's why he put so much effort into beating the girls from 765Pro. In the end, Kuroi is just using you...Isn't it, Touma? (Gosh, I feel bad for you already. *pats him on the back*)
3. Touma is actually scared of Takane because...? (I'm not believing that it's Takane's mysterious aura...)
4. If Hokuto and Shouta knew that Kuroi was lying from the very beginning, then why didn't they leave or quit?
Oh and could you do Yukiho's story as well? I'm really interested to see what it is.
I've been curious about Yukiho's story myself. I'd really like to see what it is.
Yukiho's gotten stronger by the looks of it. But, does she still think that she would fail as an idol? I don't know.
