IDOLMASTER 2 Spoiler Thread!

TweenDoriru:
Clear Blue, I think you hid some of your comments on Yayoi's story in the quote from BT2?

Nonetheless, Yayoi's "family" from the office. People she's close to, like her "big brother" Producer. A figurative family, not a physically-blood-related family.

--- Quote from: BT2 on March 25, 2011, 11:12:53 pm ---The president of his company thinks that Iori of RK's his biggest threat but Shouta thinks it's Yayoi.
[snip]
P and Shouta talk for a while and Shouta thinks that Yayoi won't be too big a threat, but P tells him that Yayoi has him and everyone else and won't lose.

--- End quote ---
So wait, Shouta thinks Yayoi's a threat, or doesn't he?

ikuto-sama:

--- Quote from: Clear Blue on March 25, 2011, 02:24:47 pm ---I wonder what the invitation is?

(Even Touma is curious...XD)

(Wait a minute...765Pro invited 961Pro? UMAD?!?!)

--- End quote ---

Can I just kind of steal that picture and use it as my avatar? Because it's just like...LULZ.

And 765pro invited 961pro? At first what comes to mind is "Are you guys DUMB?" But at the same time, the fact that Kuroi accepted such an invitation? Hmmm...my "How to be an Antagonist" handbook clearly states that you should decline any gesture of kindness from your rivals, no matter how much you want to crush them. XD

BT2:

--- Quote from: Clear Blue on March 26, 2011, 12:33:08 am ---(Huh? She invited Shouta? What for?)
--- End quote ---
I forgot, but Yayoi doesn't seem to dislike Shouta or it's more like she wasn't there whenever he's talking about her.
First time you meet him, it was just P and Iori.
2nd time you tried to keep the two away and it sort of worked.
3rd time Yayoi was busy greeting people at the party.

--- Quote from: Clear Blue on March 26, 2011, 12:33:08 am ---So you're saying...Shouta's (sort of) bullying Yayoi?
--- End quote ---
I don't think so, it's more like he's so overconfident on his own skills that he says stuff bluntly like that, I don't think there's much hostility in his words.

--- Quote from: TweenDoriru on March 26, 2011, 12:54:21 am ---So wait, Shouta thinks Yayoi's a threat, or doesn't he?

--- End quote ---
He thinks of her as a bigger threat than RK's Iori, but not as something he can't handle.

--- Quote from: ikuto-sama on March 26, 2011, 01:04:57 am ---And 765pro invited 961pro? At first what comes to mind is "Are you guys DUMB?" But at the same time, the fact that Kuroi accepted such an invitation?
--- End quote ---
It's just a party organised by Yayoi, not one by the company, so I don't think it's that much of a problem.
Yayoi probably invited Shouta because they're the both the same age and idols.

Yes, I know.

Is it another one of Kuroi's lies again?

Hell no! It's mine! (I gave you my pervy Shouta avvy, now go.)

So Yayoi's neutral or maybe has a liking towards Shouta? (Or maybe they're just friendly rivals?)

Overconfident boy meets 200% Genki girl?
*thinks for a while*
Makes sense.

But why a threat? Is it because Kuroi said some lie to him?

They maybe the same age and also idols but it seems kinda odd that she invited her own rival.

BT2:

--- Quote from: Clear Blue on March 26, 2011, 02:58:33 am ---But why a threat? Is it because Kuroi said some lie to him?
--- End quote ---

Perhaps threat wasn't exactly the best word to describe the situation, but he thinks Yayoi's stage is more fun than Iori's but he doesn't think she can beat him.

The only 2 characters who'd fall for one of Kuroi's lies are Hibiki in SP and Touma, as mentioned by Shouta in w53.
