So this user totally kicked Jupiter.
The stream I was watching had them repeat the Fire Ball fes 5+ times. Is it that a) they just have a crappy trio, b) they suck at the game, c) Jupiter is easier then everyone's saying or d) Mami/Chihaya/Hibiki is just a really, really good team?
I noticed they had different idols appealing [like they switched from Chihaya to Mami as opposed to Stream Guy who only used one idol] though.

I beat both RK and Jupiter on my first try. Never even had the opportunity to do Hell Training.
The only parts I have problem with in this game are the Lv10 National Auditions and the Utahime/UtaOuji Fes that you have to clear to get the special category awards like Snow White.

The title translates to "Chihaya best ending part 4" so... I'm guessing it's the best ending.

It is. Part 7 is the scene exclusive to the best/true ending. Parts 4 to 6 correspond to the good end, which was what I got.
I'll write up what's happening in Chihaya's scenario later today. It's fairly interesting although the ending is a little too... urk. Spiritual encounters and miracles for the win.

Also, while I was watching someone playing Idolma@ster 2 live, I saw Hokuto in 765 Pro and he was looking for Makoto. Can someone tell me what's going on between those 2?

Hokuto has interest in Makoto after meeting her at the park earlier in the game, so actually comes along to the 765 Pro office to meet her, without knowing it's an off-day.
The producer is like "haha you fail", when Makoto turns up at the office all of a sudden.
Hokuto says how he's much worthy of a man than the P, how Makoto should be with him if she were to become more feminine etc, and a challenge ensues.
I chose to compete in a press-up match with Hokuto where I lost, but Makoto defended me anyway, which showed Hokuto how we shared an unbreakable bond. He mentions how this is the first time a girl flunked him and leaves, congratulating the P on his strong relationship.
The P then asks why Makoto rushed to the office on her day off, and she answers "I had a question, but it's all solved now!", puzzling the P.
There maybe other routes though.
