Mine has been in the UK since the 26th waiting for customs, I had hoped it would arrive today but the status page hasnt changed, unless it has arrived ant not updated yet (I'm not at home to check).

Yeah, that's how it goes when buying iDOLM@STER gear off the market place. First time downloading a song may take a while, but each one there after shows as "downloaded as soon as you buy it.

Mean while... I'm already trigger happy with my recording gear.

ok so mine was held in customs from the 26th to the 1st, then they released it with a tax charge and a handleing fee, 14 pounds for tax and 13 for handeling.....(what a rip off)...but... they are sending me a letter to tell me to pay the charge... a leter in the post.. which I have to wait for, then pay the charge, then they will eventually deliver it.

So I decided to phone them...but they wouldnt let me pay the charges because i have to wait until it arrives at the local depo...even tho they know its on the way to them from their neighboring depo and is due the next day, then I can phone them, and pay it - apparently.

So I phone them the next day, and the person who answers insists that I have to wait for the letter first, so that I can read them the number which they put on the letter back to them on the phone so they can take payment... (what?)

I argued with them and they finally decided to co-operate and take the money using the parcel tracking number - after I answered like 10 questions on who sent it, what was in it and my address. I'm offering them money to deliver it to the address wirtten on the package, what posible gain would there be to me if it wasnt my package, or even what difference it would make as it still goes to the same place?

But anyway....they still wont deliver it yet, I'll have to wait till tomorow insted. And still be there to sign for it. But they don't gives times, so it could be any time from 8am to 6pm. And they wonder why people hate the UK postal system... next time i'm paying for DHL.
