For a three person group, I can imagine liking Azusa, Makoto, and Yukiho a lot. :)

Loli trio, dammit.
Though Haruka instead of Ami is also good.
I don't listen to trios much though, especially with the idols I don't care as much about.

Recently discovered that Yayoi - Miki - Mami is the cutest thing since kittens... though that should have been a no-brainer...

It's very difficult to really say what's my favorite singing pairing...
...on one hand, Haruka/Iori/Yayoi is wonderful on "Here We Go!!"...
...on another, Makoto and Yukiho are great on "First Stage".
But I guess you can say those are my favorites for now.
