New idolm@ster anime

I have sort of low expectations considering I couldn't figure out what was going on in Xenoglossia..
As long as the story makes sense, the animation should be fine.

A-1's not with their hiccups, I remember watching Birdy and in some episodes, the animation was atrocious. Same went for several moments in Occult Academy. And someone already mentioned Togainu no Chi.

Kuroshitsuji was well done animation-wise though. The second season had some poorly drawn parts but animation was the absolute smallest part of that season's problems... Same with TnC, the animu would've been awful no matter who did it imho

But TnC and Kuroshitsuji are TOTALLY different genres so comparing them to the slice-of-life/comedy anime I'm expecting is sort of dumb lol

I'm expecting an overall good-looking anime with its moments of QUALITY, given a-1's track record.

I know that not A-1's productions are horrible (hell, I love their adaption of Kuroshitsuji), but I became pretty distrusting after watching Togainu no Chi. That was a travesty. So yeah, more of a personal issue with the studio for me. I apologize for sounding so negative and jumping to conclusions.

Seeing the list, most of us are probably keeping a low expectation for IM@S anime. Granted A-1 has a few notable animes such as Kannagi, So Ra No Wo To, and Working!! (naming a few notable ones).

To me A-1 never really caught my attention with story lines; however, hopefully with IM@S, it'll be something.

Too bad there isn't a way to get an all-forum trip package. Then we can show the world that there are PLENTY of English-speaking iM@S fans! And being able to go would be like a dream come true.

I was in Japan around the same time as the beginning of the tour last year...too bad.

No surprise Jupiter's CVs aren't there, though. I don't know how they'd be taken, but Jupiter only has two songs anyways. -3-
