I actually don't really care for the Producer...he's just like the one in the relations manga pretty much. I guess because you can't really relate to him since you can see him. It would be funny to see a black blob that only spoke the whole show. XD

Yeah, visible producer is kinda bland but they had to do it I suppose to avoid making the anime like a Japanese Dora the Explorer.  Although I hope on the last episode of the anime, it ends with Ritsuko breaking the 4th wall and saying something like "You can be our next producer."  Just like episode one, it would imply that throughout the series you've actually been behind the camera getting ready to join 765pro.  The anime could actually then be a prelude to the second game, showing what went on before you joined.  I'd be cool with that idea, and it seems obvious, but who knows what direction the anime will go.
