People are disappointed because there's not enough animation in that PV. They're begging for moar! :3

I'm quite excited to see this, can't wait! :D

I hope that when this comes out for real someone makes a gif out of Iori chopping onions.
Looks like someone already done that for you.

What the hell? After watching the PV x number of times...I just notice... A-1 pictures?

D:
Yeah, that had been confirmed for quite some time, A-1 doesn't have a large staff as far as i know, so let's just hope for the best D:

I knew that; I just cannot believe I forgot about it. T_T I was just too excited about all other aspects...

A-1 completely butchered the adaption of another one of my favourite series beyond belief... So I am praying that they redeem themselves with iM@S. Not to sound negative, sorry. I won't jinx it.

Let's hope for a good Idolmaster anime~

We can only hope for the best. Hopefully it won't be a repeat of your bad experience. XD I don't know much about A-1...what other series have they done? I'm not one that really pays attention to studios besides Square Enix and Gainax.

A-1's got a pretty good reputation under their belt. And keep in mind they've got Sony and Aniplex to back them up. I can guarantee it'll be much better than Sunrise's attempt back in '07. Here's a list of some of there previous stuff not including some other shows they have planned to come out later this year:

    * Zenmai Zamurai (co-production with No Side; 2006–2010)
    * Ōkiku Furikabutte (2007)
    * Robby & Kerobby (2007)
    * El Cazador de la Bruja (original production: Bee Train; finish animation, 2007)
    * Persona -trinity soul- (2008)
    * Tetsuwan Birdy: Decode (2008)
    * Kannagi (2008)
    * Kuroshitsuji (2008)
    * Valkyria Chronicles (2009)
    * Fairy Tail (Co-production with Satelight; 2009–present)
    * Working!! (2010)
    * So Ra No Wo To (2010)[6]
    * Ōkiku Furikabutte ~Natsu no Taikai-hen~ (2010)
    * Senkou no Night Raid (2010)[6]
    * Togainu no Chi (2010)
    * Kuroshitsuji II (2010)
    * Seikimatsu Occult Gakuin (2010) [6]
    * Fractale (2011)
    * Ao no Exorcist (2011)
    * Ano Hi Mita Hana no Namae o Bokutachi wa Mada Shiranai (2011)

 Also I managed to get a hold of a summer anime list and i don't see iDOLM@STER on it i guess this means they might be aiming for a fall release. However that could change and a summer release could be possible since this is only an early list I've found and iDOLM@STER's date has still been unannounced.  http://media.animevice.com/uploads/0/5262/382534-1301268073241.jpg

Well, whenever it comes, I just hope we (the fansub) are ready for it. D: Also, if this is a taste of what to look forward to, then I'll have no problems liking it.

I hope that when this comes out for real someone makes a gif out of Iori chopping onions.

Only did it in fear of being punished by Ricchan. D:

That scene from the PV ain't looping animation material, so yeah. Sue me.

EDIT: I can try to aim for a smaller version. BRB

I know that not A-1's productions are horrible (hell, I love their adaption of Kuroshitsuji), but I became pretty distrusting after watching Togainu no Chi. That was a travesty. So yeah, more of a personal issue with the studio for me. I apologize for sounding so negative and jumping to conclusions.

Oh yeah, I saw a photo like this on Tumblr. If advertisements like this ever popped up in the U.S., it would make my year. Even though only in a dream... XD

A-1's not with their hiccups, I remember watching Birdy and in some episodes, the animation was atrocious. Same went for several moments in Occult Academy. And someone already mentioned Togainu no Chi.
