Nice list :D. But what about Haruka's phone? We see that one in full use in a couple of episodes. We also see glimpses of everyone's phone (except Ritsuko) on ep 22. Ami probably has the same phone as Mami, and Iori's phone looks HUGE XD!

Iori's phone is par for the course for a smartphone (especially Android/iOS). Everyone else has what I call dumbphones (as in not smart), and are usually smaller/more affordable.
