The tears don't seem too uncommon to me.  ^^;  Episode 20's director was the same guy who did some of the more emotional CLANNAD episodes, and everyone in that show cried gobs of tears that are strangely thick, lol.  I'm not sure who directed ep23, but the tears in that one seemed a bit more natural looking -- though still kind of heavy.

But I would expect anime tears to be heavy anyway, since if their eyes are that huge, their tearducts should be just as big to accomodate.  :P  Plus it makes us, the viewers, a lot sadder if there are more and more visible tears.  :3

Ep 24's director is the same as Ep 20, so I am expecting the same amount of waterworks as Chihaya had.

Something I do find rather "pretty" is how Haruka's face looks in the 24 preview.  The skin around the corners of her eyes are red, and her expression in general tells you she's been crying for a very long time and has finally run out of tears.  Other people have noted, too, that the quality in ep23 was better than recent episodes, so I hope 24 continues this trend.  I'd say they're starting to use up the remaining budget they've been saving up.  :x  Or the staff themselves feel pumped about doing these last few episodes because of the story.

Well at least it seems thus far that they appropriately spaced out their budget. So hopefully the finale is awesome and budget blowing.

The 30-second preview seemed too happy at first, with the music...then it stopped. Oh god.

As for the animation, I'm also hoping the final episodes will look great.

The Japanese is easier to pick up in this one than others.  I'm a novice, though, so this is my best shot going by ear.  :<  Maybe someone more fluent can correct me.  ^^;

"Next week on iDOLM@STER:  Amami Haruka here!  Um.. I really do love 765 Pro!  When school is over, I head to the office, always projecting a happy voice.  The President and Kotori-san are very nice, too!  ....But.  But now... that happy voice is...     Episode 24: DRE@M."

Just played READY!! on Taiko no Tatsujin: Portable DX to commemorate the ending of the anime run (At least for now).

Hopefully it won't get pulled, but a similar test video didn't, so I believe it will last.

Full combo!  That looks difficult to pull off, especially with those fast sections.  o.o

It's really cute how more idols appear when your combo increases.  It's a nice reward, although you might get too distracted looking at them and then lose your combo..!

READY!! is a pretty easy song, relatively speaking. Kiramekirari is a difficult song (constant switching between blue and red notes; hard to do without lots of practice with those types of patterns) that I'll probably never 100% for a long time. I'm also thinking of doing a video for The world is all one!! later.
World is all one!!: www.youtube.com/watch?v=b4H5P1K9zAw
Kiramekirari: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xQghpUq_oxM (Just a demonstration of my point)
Contemplating Overmaster, HELLO!!, Kami-sama no Birthday for future videos to commemorate the ending.

Nice work there, and I did love how everybody was appearing at the bottom.

It's too bad we never got to see the Starry outfits. Though I wonder how much those would cost in real life.

Hmm... there may have been a live performance with the seiyuu with something resembling the Starry outfits.  I've only seen concert videos in passing, so I don't remember if it really happened.
