How many booster packs would I need to build a deck anyway?

All this talk of buying boxes makes me jittery. I had to give up card games- too expensive, most card games are horribly unbalanced, and I'm a sore loser anyways. :P
I would imagine the market for reselling these is not very big.

That depends on several factors.
What you get in the boosters, how you would like to build your deck, if you get enough of certain cards.
