Ahh, that's a mash-up of parts from other dances put together in a video.  I saw parts from Positive! Ohayou Asagohan, and Mahou o Kakete!

I'm... sure there are more, but I can't remember some of the dances at the moment.

It's not a single dance.

This came out before L4U and it's really popular.

The guy who made this has patience XDD

Picup got all of the dances in her comment; Positive!, Ohayou!!Asagohan, and Mahou wo Kakete!.

The song itself, I think, is from an H-game of the same name...but don't quote me on that XD
