Depends on how hot it is. If it's hot, wear a white shirt. If it's cold wear a black shirt. You're also not supposed to wear white after Labour Day according to some people, so black is a safer fashion choice from what I understand.

However, if you're in the shade, a black shirt may be better in hot weather because a white shirt will reflect the heat from your body back at you. I'm hardly an expert on this sort of thing, though.

I'm fairly sure that black absorbs more light, and not necessarily more heat. It's just that the light energy being absorbed by a shirt heats up the shirt. If you're in the shade, there's probably no difference between how each shirt colour affects your temperature.

We do emanate some heat as infrared light. :)

When you draw in anime/manga style, after drawing in pencil do you ink the eyes first or last? The book I'm learning from says that you're supposed to ink starting at one of the top corners so you don't end up smearing the ink, but my markers dry pretty fast so smears aren't a problem.
Do you use a drawing compass to draw circles? I'm not very good at drawing circles freehand, and it takes me quite a few tries before I get a circle that looks reasonable.

Personally, I like to do eyes last. That's just because I'm really particular about my eyes, though, and put them off as long as possible to avoid messing them up. XD
But in all seriousness, I think it depends a lot of the hairstyle of the character and the position of their face. I'd say you should ink everything obstructing part of the eyes (if there is anything) first.
For me, I either grab a water bottle or something else circular to make a circle (when I feel like being really professional) or just freehand it. I think it depends. If you're actually going to need the circle to be a perfect circle, I'd say to use a compass. If you're just using it for reference (like drawing a head, for example), you're going to end up erasing most of it anyways, so it should be fine to just be freehand.
That probably didn't help, but whatever. :P
