Items bought. Totally not deleting them off my PS3, though.

2 days, 10 hours until aforementioned DLC goes offline.

Just a reminder.

Hello,I´m new here and have some trouble whith DLC.

I dont know if someone posted this before (I didnt search in all 30 pages of this topic).

Well,I downloaded some DLC from ps3 psn and cant find in the game.

I downloaded the plus file too for the 4th catalog and the others.

Where I can download the catalog files?I didnt found in the catalog menu in the game (I have the Live 4 You and to my knowledge we need to download the catalog files to make the DLC work or something like that,am I right?).

My psp is 3000 and fw 6.35.I have to upgrade to the last fw 6.37 to make the DLC work?

My guess is that even though the files are there, they haven't been activated for use with the PSP?

Try going to account management, sign in with the account you downloaded the files from, and select the last option which is a cube thing.  Select ゲーム and I think it should validate any purchases you have on your PSP for game files associated with that account.  Hopefully the files are in the Memory Stick area and not the Saved Data Utility area.  If that doesn't work, the 765 pro shop in the game has two options, update the catalog or view the catalog.  You can try updating it and see if that causes them to show up.

I'm going to apologize for the assumption, but I noticed you said you downloaded the files using your PS3 (or rather, you used PS3 PSN, which would make me believe you downloaded them with your PS3), and without saying you've transferred the files, you said you can't find them on your PSP. If this assumption is wrong, disregard the rest of this.

If you downloaded it to your PS3, you'll need a USB -> Mini B USB cable to hook your PS3 up to your PSP.

First thing to do is hook up your PSP to your PS3 and put the PSP in USB mode. You'll need that cable, just plug whatever fits into the slots that fit. USB mode should be somewhere in Settings or something, one of the leftmost folders where you set your preferences and all that. Look around until you find it. Move to your PS3.

I think the DLC should be downloaded into your Games folder, in the PS3's XMB (don't quote me on that, but look around and you should find it). Hit whatever button it was to bring up the menu, and select Copy. That should be it.

Of course, this is all assuming aforementioned DLC was downloaded onto your PS3 in the first place. Check your download list.

Oh yes, forgot to mention the files are in the memory stick.

And other thing I dont have acess to a wi fi connection or spot, that is why I downloaded from ps3.

Catalog files can only downloaded from the psp or can be from ps3 too?

I think I fu#@$%$ all the things and cant use the DLC.

Even if they're there, I don't think you can use them unless the PSP itself validates the purchases.  Which I'm not sure if it does when you connect your PSP to your PS3.  It's not like transferring a picture or demo, these files need to be authorized for use, otherwise anyone could just connect their PSP to your PS3 and download what you have.  I've never transferred files from a PS3 to PSP before, but just from using DRM restricted files, I'd assume it's the same process.  Like with iTunes, if you downloaded a DRM restricted song, you can transfer it to another computer, but to play it on that computer you have to authorize it.  Same with these files, you most likely have to authorize your PSP to use them, which requires a wireless internet connection to sign in.  Unless you can do that while connected to your PS3.  Have you thought about using Media Go on your computer?  You could try transferring the files that way and see if that helps.

Even if you tried to update the catalog, that's done in game, you can't download that off the PSN store.  So I think you really need a wifi connection for any of these methods, I don't see a way around it.  I have no idea where you are located, but if you go around town searching for networks, you can probably find an open one to connect to.  Starbucks and McDonalds are perhaps two places you can leach from since almost all their stores offer free wifi, and there are generally a bunch of those the world over.

If you download things on your PS3, they'll pop up on your PSP... I'm guessing as long as you have the same PSN account on the machine. I did this with the free Break! DLC. I'm in the same boat right now, so I download off my PS3 and copy things to my PSP.

I didn't find the files anywhere on my Memory Stick (as in, not in the XMB), but they popped up in game just fine, if I'm remembering right. The DLC install was part of the copy process.

I realize this thread is pretty old at this point but as an IM@S newcomer I was surprised to find that the DLC that has been ripped onto the internet for these games is very incomplete.  Considering the downloads have long since been removed from the PSN I was wondering if anyone would have any interest in trying to enrich the DLC still available online so this content does not get lost to time.
