it reminds me of K-On!, Theatrhythm FF, and Project Diva. I hope they're not pre rendered and that this is for vita.
My Favorite Idols are Yukiho, Yayoi, and Takane

Hoping these are for Vita, the graphics look too good for PSP. I wouldn't mind a rhythm game, though I was kind of hoping for a sim game.

Well if it's a rhythm game, I hope it doesn't stop them from making a real idol raising sim on PSV.

Given the graphics, I highly doubt the games will be PSP exclusive. They're just too good. Even K-ON's prerendered graphics were not nearly this smooth. Maybe they found some way to have really really nice and smooth graphics on the PSP, but I doubt it would be such a huge jump. There's probably more to this than meets the eye. Robots in disguise!

Well, I haven't expected this... but yeah, I would have thought that they would release for the PSVita considering that it has more power...
PSP has bigger userbase (not to mention the Vita isn't selling really well). Even after the relase of PS3, there were anime-licensed games coming out on PS2...

K-ON's prerendered graphics
Wait, what? Had no idea...

Honestly, I hope this is multiplatform. I prefer real-time graphics...
Rhythm game... Not sure... I mean, I love DDR/Stepmania etc., but Project Diva wasn't as good as I hoped to be and this looks kinda like PD. Maybe I just got used to the western kind of music games (Rock Band, DJ Hero) too much? Even on handhelds (RB Unplugged rules)...

Also: Dang! If they swapped Ritsuko with Takane, Honey Sound would be prety much perfect for me...

This is still most likely PSP.

Pre-rendered. Videos.

Judging from these screenshots, I can guess at how it'll play, and from what I gathered, it's already a better rhythm game than Project Diva (As if that's a challenge). I can see how they can make it more challenging as well, instead of just flooding the chart with more notes like PD. Still getting.

I'm sold on this as well.  Though my 2 favorite idols are split up once again...  Coming to the PSP does strike me as a little odd, but maybe they'll plan to do an HD re-release of the game on the PS3 like they did with Project Diva and K-on!

The gimmick looks interesting can't wait to see it in play.
I hope there will be customization..otherwise they'll need to compensate with a bunch of super fan servicey animations.
